How to Activate SGA/ASCBC/MASC at Your School

As an effort to activate student leadership across the District and uplift City Schools' student voice, we are providing steps to create an SGA at your school, and to register for your school to be a part of Associated Student Congress of Baltimore City (ASCBC), and Maryland's Association of Student Councils (MASC).

ASCBC is the main student leadership council for all students enrolled in Baltimore City Public Schools. It oversees all student government associations (SGAs) and provides direction and support to all SGAs through school visits, technology, and general assemblies.
